was founded in 1960,

profound knowledge of the industry and his sound business policies. Mr. Pressbergs' background becomes evident through his expertise in all phases of real estate management and development.
It is Mr. Pressbergs' in-depth knowledge of general contracting, his extensive experience as managing general partner for such
properties as the Beverly Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles and a founding member of the
MEDEM Development Corporation, real estate
development company located in Las Vegas. Acting as general partner and general contractor, Mr.
Pressbergs' organization has been
responsible for the development of hundreds of single family and custom homes in Nevada such as Tamarus-Rochelle
an apartment building in Las Vegas; Triple Crown Estates, a single family
development, Calico Cove Homes, a single family development, Calico Ridge
Estates, a custom home project and Arrowhead Estate Homes in Henderson, coupled
with his acute business sense, that is directly responsible for PK, Equities remarkable success within the industry.
Kenneth M. Pressberg, Managing Member and a Co-Principal and Officer of PK, Equities, Inc. is considered the backbone of the organization. Mr. Pressbergs' many academic accomplishments and his considerable knowledge of the industry act as testimonial to his significance within the company. Mr. Pressbergs' immense achievements only serve to compliment the highly successful business model that is PK Nevada. Mr. Pressberg, a second generation builder and real estate developer, brings with him over 25 years of real estate development experience with an expertise in asset management, on-site construction, financing, and land acquisition. Mr. Pressbergs' credentials include Chief Executive Officer of Ice Specialty Entertainment, managing member of the highly successful R.E. investment fund, the Summit Fund of Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL, and a founding member of the MEDEM Development Corporation, real estate development company located in Las Vegas, Nevada. His experience has included a wide spectrum of product types including hotels, senior housing, residential apartments, housing tract subdivisions, condominiums and commercial projects that include shopping centers and office buildings. Mr. Pressberg expertise has been demonstrated through his attention to detail, organization and his keen sense of the marketplace. Mr. Pressberg maintains a Juris Doctorate from the San Fernando Valley College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. He holds contractor licenses in both California and Nevada and currently retains numerous real estate holdings and has appeared on local and national television programs including the MCNEIL LEHRER REPORT and NBC. |
